A hobby that elevated.

I've always been into taking photos, and primarily started on my iPhone. I loved taking photos wherever I went, always stopping to get one more picture of whatever it was. I eventually caved and decided to buy my first DSLR camera in 2023, and I never looked back since.

Buying a camera made me fall in love with photography even more, and I've been working to refine my skills every time I go out to shoot. I still have a lot to learn, but I've also come a long way in my photography journey and I'm looking forward to the years to come.

Photography on campus.

Going to the University of Connecticut got me out of my comfort zone in a lot of ways (for the better!) including putting my photography work out there. I've gotten the chance to shoot for multiple clubs, including the UConn Pep Band and UConn Roundnet.

Additionally, I picked up a role as a staff photographer for Nutmeg Publishing, the University's yearbook organization. With this, I've gained a wide variety of shooting experience in different settings and events.
